ARTICLE 1 - RETURN PROCEDURE

You have 14 days after receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of whether or not your refund is approved.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method from origin within 7 days.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, except with the express consent of the consumer to use another means of payment and to the extent that the refund does not incur costs for the consumer. To do this:

  • Specify the reason for your refund request
  • Send a photo of the product (fully)
  • The shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • The return must be sent with a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of your shipment.
  • Do not return your item to our warehouse listed on the slip of your package, wait for the response from customer service with the address corresponding to the returns.

ARTICLE 2 - REFUND PROCEDURE (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Your item will be evaluated upon receipt of your package by our services.
  • In the event of a malfunction, you will receive a letter from customer service asking you to choose between an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
  • If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 8 days. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your method of payment (processing times by your banking organization are independent of our responsibility
  • Once an item exchange request is made, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

ARTICLE 3 - REASONS WHY CYCLOSURE DOES NOT MAKE REFUNDS

  • Used product showing signs of wear or returned incomplete.
  • Your order has been sent and you have received a shipping confirmation email.
  • Processing times vary between 24 and 72 hours before shipment depending on the number of orders in progress, we do our best to reduce it ... If the package is in transit, it is not is not possible to request reimbursement. If, unfortunately, your package is not delivered within 60 days, you will be fully refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued
